Linda Daou, MD: Pediatric Cardiology
Dr. Linda Daou received her medical degree from St. Joseph University in Beirut (USJ) in 1993. She completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Hotel Dieu Hospital in Beirut.
Dr. Daou subsequently completed a fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology in France and returned to Lebanon in 2000.
Dr. Daou’s care extends well beyond pregnancy into the neonatal and early years. In case of a known cardiac defect, she is present at the time of delivery and handles the neonate immediately whether at a local hospital, or at a specialized center equipped to handle babies that are born with heart disease.
Dr. Daou is the director of the Pediatric Cardiology unit at Hotel Dieu Hospital in Beirut.
